Luise is the founder YESS Circle, a nonprofit organization active in Uganda that drives financial inclusion and social innovation aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals. YESS Circle has implemented a blockhain solution to enhance transparency and access in underserved communities, pioneering new approaches to inclusive finance.

In addition to her entrepreneurial and advocacy work, Luise is a visiting lecturer at the Swiss Business School, where she teaches on sustainable entrepreneurship. She is the founder of YESS Academy,empowering professionals to build visibility, influence, and income through personal branding and entrepreneurial leadership. Luiseis also the co-lead of the Female Investors Network Switzerland and an ambassador and mentor for leading women-focused initiatives.

She holds honors degrees in International Law & Human Rights (LL.M.) and International Relations & Development Studies (B.A.) from Maastricht University. Fluent in English, German, French, and Spanish, Luise connects easily across cultures and contexts, championing bold solutions for a more sustainable and inclusive future.
